WeatherTech Hood Protector non symmetrical

I recently ordered the Weathertech hood stone and bug deflector(Part number 50290 )

The protector does not seem symmetrical at all, the drivers side swoops out and up off the car whereas the passanger side curves down towards the car (this side seems more correct to me)

Before I contanct weathertech... I want to make sure this isnt intentional? I dont think I have installed it incorrectly, as there isnt much room for error, the 6 holes in the hood line up with the 6 on the deflector and it seems aligned with the center of the vehicle.

It does seem like if the drivers side was bent down it would match the passangers side.

Ill attach some photos to try and show what I mean.

I would take that back and get the one from ford , that is totally wrong item for your bs . My opinion.

Something seriously wrong there. The WeatherTech website shows the part number for the Bronco Sport Hood Protector as:

Part Number: 55208
The number you mention here does not match anything on the WeatherTech website.

Yea i noticed that. I'll contact them. Could just be a stock issue on the site. But yea I'm pretty annoyed about it.

I didn't really want to get an adhesive one, but this is clearly a problem so i may have to

That almost looks like it had to miss a step in production. I don't know what vehicle you would want it to be different on one side like that. Super weird.

It was at the time I ordered. It "fits" the vehicle, as in the overall shape and alignment. This seems defective to me. Here is a photo from the order showing the model of the car as well. (Canadian dollars btw)

Maybe Weather Tech realized there is a fit problem. It's not available now.
