Washed out screen...

My infotainment screen is not very crisp... seems to lack contrast... looks sort of "washed out" like a slightly overexposed photo. I don't see any settings for the screen.

I've owned two BS and a Ford Fusion and they were all the same, way bright and overexposed looking as you say. These have the touchscreen exposed (push a bit hard and the colors get wavy like a simple LCD TV). Whereas my wife owned an EcoSport and now a 21 Escape, both of which have a sort of 'glass' over the main touchscreen, which like an LCD TV with a super glossy panel, I believe helps with the contrast.
