Color and packages won't be reflected in VIN (ie tow package) but your year/model/trim/engine will be. Other items like color, axle, will be shown separately on a label on the door.

Based on what you mentioned, your VIN will be:
3FMCR9C6XMRAXXXXX
X is variable based on sequential # and check digit.

1/2/3rd VIN digits
3FM = Ford Motor Company, Mexico, Multipurpose Passenger Vehicle

4th digit: Restraint, Brake System and GVWR Class
C = MPV, Truck, Class C: 4,001-5,000 lbs

5/6th VIN digits, Model
R9 = Bronco Sport,

7th digit, Trim
A/Base, B/BigBend, C/OuterBanks, D/Badlands, F/FirstEdition

8th digit, Engine
6 (1.5L Dragon DI TC Gas) or 9 (2.0L GTDI)

9th digit: Check digit (must have a value of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, X)

Unless the dealer used it as a demo, wrecked it, then slipped it into the body shop and told his crew to fix it quietly or find a new job (2008 ram 1500). I noticed my wheel well liners were scuffed and the hood didn't line up. I replaced three sets of shocks in a year....left front. A buddy races and his engineers looked at it one day at MIS. Said the geometry was off and the shock was failing due to sheer force in compression from the frame alignment. Finally got someone to admit what happened. Never went back to them again.
