Very rapid overheating under load

Hello

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with almost instantaneous overheating alarm.
It happens when I am transporting three or more people, going highway speed on a long continuous uphill. Looks like happens over 4000 RPMs.
The gauge spikes and goes down to normal at the moment I release the gas pedal.
In a more recent situation the engine went limp mode. Turned off and on after a couple of minutes a temperature was normal again.
I was thinking could be a Turbo charged related issue sending high temperature coolant back to the circuit. I looked and the head temperature sensor is close to the turbo coolant discharge

Any help is much appreciated

Have you checked your coolant level recently? Leaking water pump is a known issue, and you may never see it.

My coolant level is correct. My water pump was already replaced some time ago because of leaking.
But I don’t have leaks anymore

It seems like your RPM are pretty high for going 60mph.
What was the temperature outside when this happened?
How steep of an incline was it and how many miles would you say the incline lasted?
Are you accelerating when this happened or are you maintaining speed?

Hello

Ambient temp was about 85 Fahrenheit. The uphill was around two miles and I was accelerating trying to simulate an overtake in order to trigger the event for the video
