Would someone please share all the tunes they are aware of for 2024 BS models ?

I've seen Cobb, 5star, and Livernois for earlier models.

Any others out there? Any available for 2024 models ?

Thanks

I don't know of any others Tuning the 1.5 Eco Boost and mines not Tuned. But i installed the JMS Pedal Max on mine back in late Feb of this year.I'm very happy with it and the Throttle response is greatly improved and it's much more enjoyable to drive.Go to the 1.5 Eco Boost section on here maybe you can find some more tuners.

I have an OTS tune on my 1.5 turbo civic and it added 40-50hp with much improved response and reduced turbo lag. It's awesome. I'm looking for same on this BS.

For the 1.5L only tunes I’ve seen are from 5star and Livernois. There is also a jb4 by burger motorsports

I have the 5 Star tune on my 1.5. 5 Star, Livernois and Unleashed are the only tuners I know of that do tuning for the 1.5 currently.

Thanks. How do you like the 5star tune? Was it off shelf plug and play ? I decided to go with Livernois. Still waiting on the tune.

It's an OTS tune. So is Livernois. I went back and forth between the two when I was making the decision, but I went with 5 Star because of the reviews and the fact that they use the SCT X4, so it would potentially give me more access to other tuners down the road. The tune has been great so far. It makes a significant difference in power. I went from running 8.2 0-60 times to 6.3 and 14.8 in the 1/4 mile. It's about as quick as a stock Badlands/Maverick 2.0. There is a dyno thread on here that shows that the tune makes roughly 205 whp and 260 wtq. It's pretty quick for what it is and it is a lot more fun to drive, while also not losing any of its standard comfort and capabilities. I just look at it as a lifted, AWD, automatic Civic Si SUV, haha.

I too went with 5 Star. Wouldn't work with my phone so I purchased a Chromebook only to find out windows based programs won't work. Returned that and purchased a HP with Windows 11. Unfortunately, with Windows 11, it comes locked in "S-Mode" which won't allow you to download anything except what is available in the Windows App store. It took me 2 days of trying to disable S-Mode (there's an app for that believe it or not) I downloaded HP Tuner software but for whatever reason, it doesn't support the OBD unit supplied by 5 Star. FINALLY I read the directions a little more closely (hahaha), downloaded the RTD software and once Joe from 5 Star told me which hardware to choose, I was able to read and send the file for my rig. I can't say enough good about the support 5 Star had given me thus far.

One other problem I encountered is that although it read my VIN correctly, it listed my rig as a "2021 Ford 6.2L V8" I'm wondering whether anyone else ran into this anomaly or am I being plagued with yet another roadblock?

I talked to a tech at Livernois this week. He told me that currently there are no tunes available for 2024+ models due to a change in the protocols and encryption on the ECUs that was mandated by the govt. But he also said they were very close to being able to do it anyway.

Question: wondering if anyone using either 5star or Livernois tuning can tell me if they tune out the cylinder deactivation with the OTS options?

I know 5 Star disables that Automatic Start Start or "ASS" feature (appropriate acronym for whatever dipstick developed this golf cart scenario). I'm running the "performance 93 tune" in normal mode anytime I'm not in muddy conditions or deep snow. For those situations, I click the rig in "Sport" mode. Super helpful folks there, well worth the bennies! If you're monitoring this post 5 Star, a black T shirt (large) would be nice LOL

Copy all. With the 93 tune, do you experience the lugging at low speeds and low RPM? Really, aside from performance gains and refinements, I am hoping to have that tuned out, but can’t find anything official for the 1.5.

Almost a year with the tune from 5-Star, no lugging at low speeds and low RPM at all, quite the contrary, much mor pep in the rig's step at all RPM ranges I've encountered

Are you still using the Pedal Max with the 5 Star Tune?
