Trouble with the site

Has anyone else had problems with the site? Every third or fourth click I get a very long (10-20 seconds) lag in response. Sometimes I see a marker in the upper right showing the site is "working," sometimes I don't. It's making the site all but unusable for me.

Yes, it has been doing that for a few days now...long pauses when changing to a new forum section or selecting "What's New" from the menu.
