The Full-Size Bronco includes trail map nav via the Ford Pass Performance App. Is it possible to add that to a BS BL with 360+ ? Or is there a recommended aftermarket/3rd party app for trail nav?

That feature is available with SYNC 4. Your car features SYNC 3. You can get trail maps on SYNC 3 via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay using the Gaia GPS app. With the app installed on your phone it will be available on the Android Auto or Apple CarPlay menu. It will open up and function largely as it does on your phone. You can download maps for viewing offline so they are available when you're out in the boonies.

This is what I do, works great! Just download whatever map you want and no wireless connection needed.
