Can they be removed without removing bumper .Want to install Ford ranger lifts nudge bar. Which doesn't involve removing bumper mounts to mounting brackets for tow hooks

Highly doubtful. There are two bolts in front which MAY be reachable but there is another way in the back that attaches directly to frame. Can they be removed without removing bumper .Want to install Ford ranger lifts nudge bar. Just for reference I posted some photos here.Ok thanks I figured there was on back on the frame
That is probably true. I think it would be best to remove all the fasteners for the tow hook after removing the felt wheel well liner. Just more visibility and accessibility.Pretty sure you can get to those nuts through wheelhouse fabric liners. No need to remove bumper.
This is the size of the end nut?30 mm , don’t need to remove wheel
So you can just take off the two front bolts on each side and mount the Woolworth Motorsports nudge bar right on top?You can have both, nudge bar, and tow hooks with all factory hardware
