I'm really surprised that there are no hits searching that tire size, except for this thread of course.

If you put the slashes in like they should be you'll get hits. 245/70/17 will get you results

FWIW,
There are a some people on the board that have installed 245 70 17's and claim success. A few vendors of lifts recommend trimming the pinch welds in the front wheel wells when running 245 70 17 tires and list it as a maximum tire size.
Personally, when you get into the 30 inch tire diameter range on the Sport you are more likely to have rubbing in the front wheel wells.
Maybe not during normal street driving but when the suspension is compressed and the front wheels are turned full lock like turning into a steep driveway, the tires will rub the inner backside of the front wheel wells.
Also if offroad and driving through mud or clay type dirt the tread packs up and increases the diameter even more and increases the chances of rubbing.
I have 245 65 17's on my Badlands, when they were new the would just kiss the front wheel well liners when offroad, suspension compressed and turned at full lock navigating holes and rocks.

I have 245/65/17 on my Big Bend Sport with a 1.5” lift. Now if Juanchoch is fitting the exact same size tire, I have, on his stock sport as I am on my lifted one, I don’t see why you couldn’t fit the the 245/70/17’s on one with just a 1.5 lift and you shouldn’t have to bend or pinch weld. Of course that is just a theory but you are adding just under an inch in height(diameter) but not width vs my setup. Go to a reputable tire shop and see what they say.

The op posted the size the proper way, the way you put slashes in is definitely not how you display a tire size

I’ve been running Bfg KO2s 245/70/17 without a lift for over 50k miles. I don’t off road this vehicle. I’ve never had any rubbing driving on pavement or dirt roads. I’ve only had a few instances where the rear tire rubbed on the inside felt because I took a dip too hard. Otherwise no issues.
