I personally don't like them. It looks unsophisticated and too big.

Ok - I'll try asking here too. Those looks like 245/65/R17 K02's

Those are gonna fit on a badlands with no rubbing? The guy that did this install seems to think so (according to that article).

I just put a set of 235 65 R18 on my BS from the stock 225 60 R18 and think it’s a great match! Not to much bigger (and didn’t want the overly fat look) but think it’s just what it needed to give it a touch of braun and get rid of the overly “skinny” look of the stock tires.
I almost can’t help wanting to add a 1” lift just to top it off.

We’re you able to make a deal with tire company that installed, for a credit for the 225 stock tire?

Discount Tire was going to give me $60 each but I went with my Ford dealer who beat Discount Tires price by about $200 so I went with them and decided to sell the tires on my own.

Thanks! I was hoping to swap or see if local tire or dealer would deal as I don’t have time to sell myself.

Yea my dealer had no interest in giving me any sort of credit. I figure I can sell a set for $400 pretty easy - just a question of how long they'll have to sit in my garage before someone that needs that exact size finds my FB or craigslist listing I guess.

Yea, that’s what I wanted to just to not have to mess with it, but I put em on CL and will just take what a I can get with a local pick up.

This looks good. I’m looking for something similar, don’t want a huge change just something a bit more rugged. Big question I have about upgrading (forgive me, new to modding, and don’t know much ) if I change to this tire size, or something similar, will a spare this size still fit in the designated spot? Also, what did you do with the old tires, sell them?

Aren't the stock tires Michelins? Those should command a better price than most other brands, as a trade or selling outright. Yes, those tires you have on there now look "just right" to me. Let us all know if there are any problems with rubbing. I suspect the speedo will be off just a tad due to a larger circumference?
