I can't get much info from my dealer (they're probably too busy right now to do too much digging, to be fair), so maybe you guys will have some info.
I put a deposit on a OB Sport on June 10. This was NOT a custom order, but was part of the allocated stock going to my dealer's lot. My dealer called when they found out it was coming and let me put a small deposit down to hold it. I was told at that point it would be "less than 4 weeks." I was expecting to get it about two weeks ago.
I have a VIN and a window sticker, and thanks to the info on these forums, I think I've got a rail car number. None of that tracking is giving me much info. PALS just says "pending." My understanding is that the vehicle has been built, and that's not the delay. But all the builds, both full size and otherwise, seem to be being delivered on time or even early. Anyone know what's going on? Is it because it wasn't a customer order?
It doesn't help that I'm in Birmingham, AL, and there's apparently another Birmingham associated with Bronco transport (??) and none of the tracking specifies between the two.
