No issues here (Starlink). Try clearing your cache/cookies?

Mine takes forever to open the app. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all. Been going on for a week or so.

Web is fine, app gets a little fussy on connecting. I just quit & restart. Usually work fine on the second attempt.

Just took five times to get it to open on the app. It’s almost to the point I’m going to stop using the site. I don’t ever check from web / mobile web. Sigh.
