Removing fog light cover plates on 2025 BB

I have a 2025 Big Bend with Black Diamond package that did not come with fog lights. There are cover plates where they belong. I am wondering if anybody has removed the cover plates to install their own lights. I don’t want to force anything and end up breaking plastic. I am also assuming I can wire them up to one of the AUX switches. Thanks in advance.

As far as my experience goes for most vehicles, there is usually a molding line on the inside of the bumper that you cut out.

Thanks, I'll double check, but they really look to me like removable plates. I don't know if I can just pop them out or if I need to remove the wheel well liner and get to them from behind.
