remote window control

Using the remote to close windows (hold lock door button) does not close the moon roof. Is that what others have found?

It should according to the owners manual (page 90)

That doesn't say anything about the hand held remote , if thats what the OP is speaking of .

Correct, I was referring to being able to use the remote fob to close all the windows including the moonroof.

If it closes with the remote, it would be lock+lock/hold press twice but hold the second. Same with unlock
