Ugh. So I got a letter and card in the mail to Bronco Nation with a member number, 4XXXX.

I'm not sure why, but when I signed up on the site, they gave me 8XXXXX (760,000 numbers away!).

I wanted to buy some merch and asked why I had two different numbers. They said they would fix that and give me the lower number. This was maybe 9 months ago and they still haven't fixed it.

we would have to actualy get our points before we could redeam them.. I have been waiting almost two months now for the points to show up from my bronco sport purchase so I can buy some accessories....
