Rear seatbelt latch replaced now seat bottom lose

Took my 2023 Outer banks to the dealership to have my rear seatbelt latch replace as it was not latching. Dealership fixed latch, however ever since my backseat bottom has been lose, Car has been back multiple times since beginning of August for them to fix it, Everything had been replaced besides the seat itself.

I’m beyond frustrated with this issue.

Has anyone had an else with this take of repair?

Are you able to show them the issue while you're at the service center? Seems strange that it would keep happening without an obvious fix. The seat is just held in with some clips at the front (very standard setup) so there are only a few points of contact to go bad.

Yes, they have seen it and They replaced the retainer, still having the issue with seat being lose, took car back again and replace something else- still same. It’s now back to
The dealership again- they replaced something else- still investigating on why- I haven’t had my car for almost 3 weeks now. I have contacted Ford for further help.
