Rear Fog Lights - Looking for suggestions

Good Morning everyone.

I have scanned through a few threads and I am looking for anyone who has found a solution for a rear fog light(s) for the Sport.

I have seen some of the replacements for the rear bumper reflectors however I cannot have a smoked lens (illegal here). The unit also must be DOT or SEA approved for legal road use here.

Would anyone have suggestions? Would appreciate pics if possible.

From what I have researched so far, it looks like I will probably have to go with a lower bumper mounted Hella as it's the only unit I can find that meets so far.
