Let the Ford build quality issues begin. I have a rattle somewhere right above or in my rear passenger C pillar, appears to be getting worse after only 500 miles. Does anyone know of instructions on how to safely remove it so I can check it out? The dealer i purchased it at was supposed to take a look but they are a massive fail and welched on the first appointment and gave me the run around about getting the second one.

Good morning! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

Did you take a ride with the tech or a Forman prior to the dealer trying to diagnose the rattle to make sure they heard the rattle? If not I would suggest driving with someone from the dealer to make sure they actually hear the rattle before working on your BS.

Yup but that's not really my question. The dealer screwed up two service appointments and I am not going back for a third since I honestly don't trust that they wont break something. I can take it to another dealer but before I do that I wanted to see if there are instructions for removing the C Pillar since I would rather not pull and pray.

I would think that any instructions would be in a Ford workshop manual that is used by the Dealer technicians. Maybe someone on the site has one where they can look up the procedure for removing the panels.

I found this thread on the forum of someone looking for a factory service manual: 2021-bronco-sport-factory-service-manual.6260.
