Paid for Ford's (NOT a third party) premium maintenance plan and I'm a bit confused on when I can take it in for service

Looking at my contract, there is a check mark stating that I can get service every 7.5k miles. However, later on in the fine print it says that I have to follow my car manual's maintenance guide. Looking at the maintenance guide in the FordPass App, it says the service should be performed every 10k miles instead. Which is it?

Also, is there a way I can look up my plan online as opposed to this minimal paperwork I was given initially? It looks like it doesn't show up in the FordPass app and I can't find a way on Ford's website to view it either.

Mine is check marked for every 5k and I take it in every 3k. they have never had an issue with it. I think to them it’s already paid for so it doesn’t matter. That’s just my experience though!

The plans are based on the number of miles or kms you choose and the number of service appointments . Usually the number of appointments is based on 5,000 miles or 8,000 KMS. Major items like transmission services, tuneups and brakes are mileage based. Disregard the computer dash reminders.
