Sounds like a great deal especially the no deposit part. I ordered a Bronco Sport through Granger Ford in Iowa back in October and gave them a $1000.00 non refundable deposit. We had bought an extended warranty from them for our F-250 Tremor so I was comfortable dealing with them again. We didn’t expect any issues so we were comfortable doing it with Granger but then we found out about the cancer and had to cancel. I called and canceled my order with them and asked if we could move our deposit to an extended warranty or apply it to a Bronco when the order books opened up if they opened and was told nope if you don’t take the car you ordered you lose your deposit, something about if we refund your deposit we’ll get in trouble with Ford. Lesson learned, never give a deposit knowing it’s non refundable.

That is horrible I am so sorry, and the statement about getting in trouble is not accurate but if they did stipulate it to begin with that is on them. We try our best to have any customer take an order they place but we will just make it a stock unit if they can not. Now turn around times are much quicker so we feel that will help as well
