What are peoples thoughts on ford extended warranties bought online? My dealership would only sell "their" extended warranty that was extremely high priced.

I am looking at:
https://andersonandkoch-ford-warranty.com/
https://www.floodfordesp.com/

Premium care for 7 years 100,000 miles and $200 deductible is roughly $1230 for by Bronco Sport First Edition with 2000 miles.

Got my warranty for my F150 from Flood Ford, do not regret it, already used it to replace sync module and broken key fob. Worth ever penny.

Thanks for posting this. Wow the prices are a lot less expensive than what was quoted by my dealer!

@Group_44 thanks for the information and confirmation that your experience has been positive.

I bought the dealer-offered option. Zurich plan for 8 years / $0 deductible / 125,000mi / $2900.

I didn't drill down to the nitty-gritty but I assume it has similar coverage and exclusions to any plan.

Got from my Ford dealership 8 year 60000 0 deductible ESP FORD WARRANTY. I have been buying that same warranty for about 25+ years. Over the years it has been used maybe 10+ times . I payed them upfront 1250 including tax.. I keep it on all my cars.

Sitting at the Ford Dealers waiting room getting another key fob replaced as we speak. I paid a little extra for the key replacement option but has proven to be well worth it.

A better price than most dealers offer in-person. However, the dealer where I bought my Sport offered Ford ESP for 'only' a few hundred bucks more than Flood's price, which is the lowest I've encountered in the wild. I bet you could negotiate if you came with a Flood quote in hand but not worth the hassle IMHO.

As for whether or not ESP is worth it, my answer is no: I use GEICO's 'mechanical breakdown insurance' instead. It costs $80/yr for 100k mile/7 yr coverage with a $250 deductible. However, this coverage doesn't 'stay' with the vehicle like a warranty and ends if I ever leave GEICO. I don't think it covers key fobs but otherwise is pretty expansive.

Those are not available in Florida .
We just purchased the Ford Extended warranty for 85K miles / 96 months for $ 2800 & some change , with a $ 100 deductible & we have or had 4277 miles at the time we had it in the dealership for a recall for the wrong Catalytic converter .
