OK. What is this thing on the instrument panel?

I feel really stupid, but the manual doesn't really lay this out that I can tell, and it doesn't make sense as a fuel gauge, or any other gauge that I can tell. What does the blue-circled gauge measure?

Look at the right hand ok toggle and push it up or down .

It just shows which display screen you are currently viewing. You change screens with the up/down arrow selector on the steering wheel. You can also configure which screens are available.
