Oil leak from Vent hose

***UPDATE***
I took my Bronco to the dealership as many of you said, “the vent is just doing its job” however, they checked the levels and they said that they transmission fluid level was a bit low, so it was definitely releasing more oil than it should have. They did a transmission fluid change and filled it up to spec. If anyone is having trouble with this, you should have the fluid levels checked.

I own a 2025 BB Black Diamond and I noticed there was some leaking from a vent that’s located form what I believe is the transmission. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this before. I am taking it to my dealership on the 31st but I am being told that it could take 1 week to diagnose the issue so I am trying to figure out how serious this really is.

Should I be worried about any low fluids though? I fear that it is too much oil coming out of it and it might be too low where it will damage my vehicle

You should be ok. What is coming out are fluid vapors that will settle on top of the transmission.

Earlier BS years, like mine, have a plastic vent cap attached to the vent/fill hose.
