Your Cyber Orange looks so warm and inviting. The ones I have seen at the dealership (albeit on a Ranger Pickup,) look very yellow and washed out.) Is the camera adding the warmth, or is yours really similar to the pictures?

I think the lighting and background colors can have a big effect on perception. These are photos I posted of mine on another thread.

Ours is,But I did ceramic coat it with CQuartz the same day it came home.
‘I’ve always found it curious how batches of paint can differ even from the factory.
‘The pictures were shot with my I phone 13 pro max so…..and I’m no photographer by any means..

Lighting has a lot to do with colors. Materials can look different in different light and cause colors to shift. It’s called metamerism.

I drove by the dealer again, saw the same Ranger in CO and thought it was a different car. One day light yellow, the next time almost a deep gold. Maybe that is why they call it Cyber....I'll be happy when mine shows up.

Interesting observations on CO. Mrs saw it in the bright am sun and said "it doesn't look like the same car" (it was drizzling and cloudy yesterday). Also noted that the wheels match the roof...

Traded our BS Badlands yesterday for the one we ordered in October.
Brought it home, cleaned and corrected the paint where needed(this one was far better than the last one),then ceramic coated with Cqaurtz.
Looks marvelous!

Picked mine up last week. Fits perfectly in the garage. I’ve gotten multiple comments on the color. I’m glad I could get this color on the OB this year. I’ve only taken one picture.

What did you use on the black plastic trim?

I ordered some DuraSlic last night that is usually a professional install product, after watching a video from Pan the Organizer. He gives a link to order that 7 year coating for his followers. I used CQuartz on my VW Golf R. I’m waiting for my BS which I ordered about 2 weeks ago and it will get the DuraSlic.

I used the same CQuartz, and have on my last 5 vehicles with great luck.Even in the Phx Az sun, they have held up very well.
Pan does have some good how to videos, and after you’ve done your own,you will develop methods that work well for you.Every vehicle is unique to tackle, and some products are easier to work with than others.
