Maybe not all repairs are done during the late hours, just maintenance stuff.

It's big dealership with Lincoln on the same property.

Your reasoning about the recalls I think is spot on. Good Lord I just went in for "The works "and the seat belt recall, Service advisor told me there were 2 additional recalls I didn't even know about. 🤬

I just traded my 2022 Bronco Sport for a 2025 Subru Forester. I kept it for 3 years but hated driving it. Hated lifting the tail gate, hated the knob shift and hated cleaning those deep wind shield wells when it snowed. Other than those 3 things it was a good vehicle.

I think service hours like that make more sense for the average working person than the standard 8AM to 5PM with having to take time off from work and or having someone shuttle you around if dropping off your vehicle for service. Convenience is nice.
