Got back today and I have a review of the BS. I've owned it for just over 3 months and only had 300 miles on it. During this trip, I really got the feel of it. Though I still prefer the 2.0L, the 1.5L performed very well and better than I expected. No issues with the Blue Ridge Mountains and no constant downshifting on highways and hills. 33.8 MPG at 78 MPH is great. I always run 93 in turbos. Got into the 80's and even 90's fine.
The adaptive cruise worked great. As did the rain sensing wipers when I hit rain in NJ. I don't use lane watch. I really like the B&O sound.
The adequate power surprised me. I'm more pleased with the BS now. I also have a lot less fear about break downs.
A few minor negatives.
I'm not fond of over 2k rpm at 75 mph.
Seating comfort was so-so.
Minor cabin highway road noise on roads other than black top.
Tomorrow will be a day of detailing. Bugs, bugs and more bugs.
Weds to the dealer for a 100% synthetic oil change. I know, I know it's early but it's a feel good thing. Then yearly full synthetic oil changes will be with only 4k-5k miles per.
