Are they going to claim any performance increase or is it just going to confuse the computer with reduced exhaust resistance. The software is pretty tight to how it's built.
I think I'll wait for the ECU.

Smart you are !
Ok let me roll with this one based on your observation.
Reduced back pressure on the exhaust valves leans out the combustion chamber right at detonation , raising temps in the combustion chamber and over the first Oxygen sensor.
That $225 sensor fails at 80,000 miles instead of 250,000. No big deal right ?
I'd bet the ECU tries to comp for this and richens up the fuel air mix.
Someone who does all city stop and go gets a knock, carbon build up on the piston heads. Has to burn premium, problem solved.. maybe..
Ok I'm done.

It's not a system, it's a muffler with tail pipes... :'p
Yeah I understand this is only an axle back "system" , that's why $899 is pretty steep.

Usually turbo engines benefit a lot with an exhaust with less back pressure. But who knows if stock system is a bottle neck or not. I wont be changing mine do not want more noise on the grocery getter.

A bit disappointed with magnaflow. Happy that they decided to make something for the BS. But they cut corners, in order to offer a universal axle-back for either engine. Would have preferred a true cat back, especially for the price they're selling this at.

But who knows, they might offer a mid pipe/resonator down the road. Just so they can charge more money. That's a very "Apple" style of move.

You know sooner or later someone is going to drop a V-6 or V-8 in one of these , then the Exhaust upgrade will be needed & sound better . LOL

$900 for an axle back seems pretty steep. unless there is some hidden crazy tech in that muffler, but i cant see it.
usually, and coming from tuner cars, the exhaust downpipe always seems to be the bottleneck. tune & downpipe on a turbo car gets BIG gains. all that saying, i wonder if any high flow downpipes and cats will come available, one day im sure…

I don't know if it's because I literally just traded in a modified 5.0 F-150, or if that Magnaflow truly does just sound like trash.

Why and who the hell is putting an exhaust on the Bronco Sport? Stop it! This isn't a Civic, and this certainly isn't high school. Gross.

Saabs are beasts. It was a sad day for car fans when Saab disappeared.
Did you know Saab was very VERY good at badassery back in the Cold War when they built one super hot rod of a European fighter/Interceptor ?
