Loud beep then a huge pop sound coming from radio

I was Getting into my 2023 Bronco Sport to leave work- I started the car and there was a very loud ear piecing beep sound and then a VERY LOUD POP- my coworkers stopped walking and came to my car to see what happened- they heard the sounds and were windows were all up- they said they thought I hit something or ran over something - but my vehicle was in park- I hadn’t moved it-
After the loud pop- I had no sound coming from radio. The screen display was fine- I could change stations, but no sound.
Later in the evening, my husband got in the vehicle and the radio was fine- sound was back, no issues since. Anyone else???

On center screen tap Settings
Scroll to Automatic Updates
Tap Automatic Updates
Tab View Current Software Versions

I had the exact same thing happen 4 months after I bought the car. I was driving when it happened, shook me up to say the least. Hasn’t happened since.
