Hello,
When I bought my Sport, I also purchased the dog kennel for the cargo area. I have 2 large dogs and it holds one perfectly (I have a big Noz2Noz crate when transporting both dogs at the same time). I have an issue with the spring rod. The plastic piece that slides over both rods when they connect snapped in half. Right now when I set up the crate, I only have the rods over the door opening (above the Ford logo) holding everything together. It appears the rods can be replaced however, I cannot find where I can purchase them. Has anyone had this happen and if so, were you able to get replacement parts? My husband recommended I get a piece of PVC to slide over the rods but I would prefer, if possible, just replacing what's broken.
