Livernois tune for 2025 BS Outer Banks

Anyone have a Livernois tune for the 25 model 1.5 engine. 5 star doesn’t have it yet.

I've been shopping for a tune as well, I don't think they have been able to crack the 25 and up versions yet.

I'm pretty sure they can tune the 2025. I called them a few months ago when I was trying to help some ingrate member here.

Livernois is great. Their customer service is incomparable. I've had my truck tuned with them for years and our BS, too.

Auto start/stop is disabled with the tune. I did not change the tire size using their MyCalibrator tool, but the tuner can do it. I changed the tire size manually with FORScan because I swapped out the wheels/tires way before I tuned my truck. Our BS has OEM wheels/tires.

Good to know. I have forscan and did my truck but would rather wait for the tune. If that doesn’t happen I’ll do it that way.

AFAIK, all their devices are the same regardless of which Ford you drive. It is just a matter of what tune they upload to it once you send them your stock tune.

PSA: If you have another Ford in your household, you can buy a tune for it for $300 and use the same device for both vehicles.

Why someone would be an ingrate to you boggles my mind, in my short time here, you are a WEALTH of knowledge and honestly might be the most helpful person I've ever seen on a forum, so sincerly thanks for all your inputs!!

Can you let me know what the tune cost you and what performance upgrades it gave you, I won't be changing any other parts, I gave all that up after my Mustang days and don't want to crush my warrenty. I have 25 Badlands Sas.

Yea, call them up. For sure they have it, because my BS is a 2.0. You can probably get away with the $600 tuner for the 21-24 BS. You'll have to upload your stock tune to them with the device so they send you a tune with the correct strategy file that matches what you vehicle has on it.

If you ever get an OTA that updates the PCM, it will wipe the tune, but they'll send you an updated tune free of charge within a few business days.

The tune makes 40 wheel hp and 75 wheel tq on 93 octane on the 2.0L.

Is that with just the stock internals or have you opened up the airways inside? I was taking Hallie to an exhaust shop next weekend as a birthday gift to myself, with IC ordered and awaiting updates from S&B on the MPC redesign.

Those numbers are from Livernois on a bone-stock vehicle. They have their own dyno and do before-and-after pulls on all their tunes. Aside from the tune, our BS is stock with the exception of a drop-in K&N filter and a vent-to-air mod. I'm sure opening up the exhaust will add a little something in terms of hp/tq.
