Nope, with flares you basically would need a "zero" offset wheel to get the tire out to the edge of the flares. My wheels are a 30 offset (so 8mm less than stock) and I have a 1" spacer (another 25mm) and that puts them basically flush with the outside of the flares.
I'm wondering if your flares don't stick out as much as the Bushwacker flares though. Not sure...

The farther the flares stick out, the lower the offset number needs to be to get the “flush” look. I don’t know how far the Bushwacker flares stick out but I doubt there is a big difference.

I need your vote! Which wheels do you like better?
The tires will be Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 245/65R17.

I really wish I could get the Mickey Thompson wheels, but they don't make the 5-108 bolt pattern. So bummed!

So, Arches, DX4 or Racelines?

Where do I purchase spacers? Discount Tire will put them on for me, but I can't find them.
And what size do you recommend for me?

I have the Raceline wheels on my Badlands, I think they're decent, no issues and for some reason they don't seem to ever look dirty but they are. I wouldn't ask a forum to pick anything, opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.

I got mine from Amazon. If you went with the 17” wheel that has a 38mm offset, then I think you can use a 1” spacer. That is also assuming you are getting 245/65 tires on those 17” wheels.

Thank you. Why does Amazon say that it doesn’t fit Bronco Sport though?

Shoutout to the guys at The Custom Shop AZ (@ Sanderson Ford in Glendale, AZ) for knocking out our 1.3” Billet Lift Kit from RTR Vehicles, 17x8 RR5-V Matte Black Wheels from Relations Race Wheels and mounting and balancing the 245/70 R17 BFG All-Terrains!

My wife and I love her Bronco Sport Badlands. Stoked on the way it turned out and can’t wait to hit the trails with it being just that much more capable.

Because Amazon sucks at telling what fits on any vehicle.

In general those are the same and there’s really not much that could be screwed up unless they were trying to screw up.
