has anyone attempted to install a 2'' lift kit on a bronco sport? What if any issues did you encounter. It doesn't have any room for bigger tires. I'm new to the Bronco world. Thank you for any advise

With a Badlands you can run 245 65R 17 tires without a lift. Depending on the year of your Badlands, even with a lift, any tire that's 30 inches or larger in diameter will rub the inner backside of the front wheel wells when the suspension is fully compressed and the wheels turned at full lock.
There are recommendations to trim the pinch weld to mitigate the rub potential.
There are people on the board that have lifted their Badlands. The most common method is the spacer lift and at the other end is suspension replacement.

I lifted my wife’s 22 BSBL, 1.5ā€ and put 255/70/17 Geolandars with no rub at this point.
the sway links have failed at 30k miles but they are being replaced this Tuesday. I believe the lift was a good fit except the failure.

Not a 2ā€ but a 1.5ā€ lift thanks to the Bilstein B8 Terrasports.

Also, is that the G2 caliper paint? If so, which shade did you go with to match the Badlands emblems?

Have you measured the amount of rake you have after the Bilstein kit?

I have not measured the rake, but it’s visually about the same as it was stock, just higher up. Lol

As far as caliper paint, yes, it’s the G2 setup. The color match is not as close to the Badlands badge as I hoped, it’s subtly lighter, but it’s the Mustang caliper kit in Grabber Orange.

The grabber Orange I mixed up at my work is a LOT closer than theirs is.

I painted an old caliper I had laying around to test the colors… the top left is the G2 Grabber Orange, the bottom left is my works grabber Orange, and well, my paint color is on the right. You can see the difference, theirs is more yellow.

Pay no attention to the black speckles… I got some undercoating overspray on it while touching up my broncos undercoat lol

I only see one picture but I get what you're saying and that really helps. It's hard to tell the differences between the colors on g2's website. I was torn myself between orange fury and grabber orange.

Now I see what you were talking about. The G2 color is on the top of the caliper and the mixture you did is on the bottom of the caliper. Sorry I was expecting two pictures.

Correct. One photo. The grabber yellow is sectioned into two different colors. While similar, when put up next to the badlands logo, they’re quite different.

As seen in the following photo, the grabber orange I mixed up is a lot closer and less yellow.
