Update: the problem was instalation of aftermarket trailer wiring harness by a so called professional after using the trailer 3 times the module blew, I unplugged the harness before backing boat/trailer into the water each time, I believe the module was mounted under the vehicle as opposed to behind the interior panel exposing it to the elements...oh and No Warranty..
Bottom line is Ford Mechanic unplugged the aftermarket harness and suddenly All my lights work fine
