I’m trying to figure out the largest we can run without rubbing and trimming. Probably getting 18s as well and the HRG lift on a big bend

i am actually not finding the BFG all terrain ko2s in the 245/60r18 size. Did you find them somewhere?29.5” = 245/60/18 = 245/65/17
BFG does not have good options in 18”. If you’re looking for 18, might have to try other brands. I’m running Toyo 235/65/18 and it’s a 30” tirei am actually not finding the BFG all terrain ko2s in the 245/60r18 size. Did you find them somewhere?

I didn’t go looking for the BFG specifically for you. As stated though the BFG’s have limited sizes in 18”. From all the postings I have been reading about tire sizes, a 29.5” tire is the ”safe” maximum tire size. I have not seen anyone with this tire size in different brands/models of tires have any issues with rubbing. If you go up to 30”, that seems to be the point at which most tires will require some trimming. You have to realize that tires with the same size printed on them can be a little different in actual measured size. A 245 width tire can vary from 240-250 and the other dimensions will vary along with that. I think that the BFG’s are ones that appear to vary to the larger side of the spectrum in each size.BFG does not have good options in 18”. If you’re looking for 18, might have to try other brands. You would think the tire width and ratio would spell it out completely but it doesn’t. You have to look at the exact specifications. Comparing revolutions per mile seems to be the most accurate measurement of actual diameter.I didn’t go looking for the BFG specifically for you. As stated though the BFG’s have limited sizes in 18”.
