BlueCruise = Hands-Free driving.

Only certain MY vehicles and trim levels, and has a recurring extortion fee or one-time purchase.

Explorer SUV (2025)
Mustang Mach-E SUV (2021 and newer)
F-150 Lightning Truck (2022 and newer)
F-150 Truck (2021 and newer)
Expedition SUV (2022 and newer)
Features based on installed BC version.

What are the differences between BlueCruise versions?
BlueCruise 1.0 – Builds on available Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Centering to add hands-free driving capabilities on prequalified sections of divided highways called hands-free Blue Zones.
BlueCruise 1.2 – Adds new features including In-Lane Repositioning (which can give you more space by subtly shifting away from vehicles in adjacent lanes) and Lane Change Assist (tapping your turn signal to initiate a hands-free lane change).
BlueCruise 1.3 – Helps you stay engaged longer in hands-free mode by improving performance, with greater ability to navigate narrow lanes and curves.
BlueCruise 1.4 – Delivers greater in-lane stability, while automatically and smoothly adjusting the vehicle’s speed in even more curves, allowing for more hands-free time and a more continuous drive.
BlueCruise 1.5 – Adds new Automatic Lane Change feature, which enhances the hands-free highway driving experience by smoothly and seamlessly initiating an automatic lane change to help keep you moving at the speed of traffic.

That's just a cosmetic kit, not related to BlueCruise, which is hands-free driving (just below FSD), a step above the Co-Pilot360 2.0 that the BS comes with. It's only available on select Ford models, of which the BS is not included.
What is included in Co-Pilot 360 2.0?

The other day, I drove my BS from San Antonio to north of Austin. It was nice letting ACC do its thing on the highway, even coming to a complete stop. I wish it wouldn't stop so close, though. I had my foot right above the brake pedal, just in case.

I am not thrilled that auto manufacturers are going to hands free driving. I do not think this a good thing to be using. If you do not want to actually drive the vehicle, take a taxi. JMHO.
