I have a 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands I put a flat out suspension lift kit . I am having a issue with the sway bar front hitting the frame underneath.

Finally someone with similar issues.
I have a 22 BSBL with an 2” lift and it has been making knocking noises ever since. Dealer that installed it claims “there’s nothing wrong”, but the noise persists.
how did you remedy the problem?

Have to investigate further.Took it to Bristol Tennessee one of the preferred dealers. They didn't know either.My opion it seems like the sway bars from fallout suspension. Much different then stock Like suspension ,I question long gevity

They’re suggesting replacing the bar itself?
why wouldn’t the kit come with to begin with?
Sounds like fallout needs to come up with a free bar to make the kit whole.

Flatout sway bars are different then the stock Which is where they messed up Flat out didn't think it out right. I chatted with someone at flatout ,they told me it's the geometry of it .Which in my opinion it's not .They didn't make it right .They should refund the money back.
