Gurgling noise under left side dash after recall service performed

Just had dealer perform recall service for 1.5L injector/manifold issue and now I have a faint gurgling sound from under left front dash. Seems to be noticeable in Park and not in any other gear. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue but it happens mosthly on the highway a high speed, it comes on goes, just started a couple weeks ago.
