Great Service @ Crossroads Ford in Fuquay-Varina NC

Made an appointment and brought my car in for an oil change this morning. My Service Advisor said they were short on Service techs and it might take more than two hours. I live 10 miles from the dealership. They drove me home and said they would deliver the car as soon as the service was done. Crossroads Ford in Fuquay-Varina NC. Can't ask for better service than that. With all the complaints I read about dealership problems, just wanted to assure you there are some really good ones out there.

We purchased our 2021 BS?BB from Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC. The salesman who sold us the truck was great to deal with, but since they are 1 hour away from us we use a local dealership (Nelson Ford) who has been great.

Our experience when buying our BS BL at our local dealer was the opposite (stereotypically bad) but they are not all that way, and it is good to call out the decent ones.
