GPS clock

When I reset my clock to GPS time, it is two hours ahead. I know it doesn't account for daylight saving time, but I'm in Arizona and we don't follow daylight saving time. It seems like the GPS is defaulting to Indiana, where I bought the car. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I can't find anything in the owner's manual.
