Anyone see an issue when filling, the weight of the gas nozzle flexes the filler tube down causing the nozzle to keep punching off? I have to manually hold the nozzle up.

Correct. I do that too.I'm not sure it's a problem with flexing of the filler tube. I think it might be more of an issue with a narrowing of the tube at the anti-syphon valve. If you pull the pump handle out about an inch or so it should run fine without you having to hold it up.
