I have a 2022 OB Sport, and was wondering if anyone has found an aftermarket or OEM front camera kit?
I had one on my F150 and miss that feature

TIA

There have been a couple discussions I recall now, but I’m not sure anyone came up with an OEM solution though, just some aftermarket license plate frames. Which seem to work well enough by the reviews there.
Thanks, I'll see what my local dealer says about what my options might be for adding it (if any)

I think the problem with an "OEM" solution is that there's a physical button on the radio missing and a difference in software as the BLs (with the front camera) has a front camera 'feature' embedded in the APIM.

Fair enough.. I was spoiled with it in my last 3 F150's and was hopeful I could add it to my OB

I spent a good few days trying to solve this one, but I never really hit on anything that worked for me given that I am not willing to drill into the front of my Sport to add a license plate bracket.

With that said though, if folks do have a front plate bracket, they might look into the "Type S Heavy Duty Solar Powered App View Backup Camera". At the actual Type S website they have some images that suggest it could work as a front camera. This particular unit is sold at a lot of places, and seems to be a re-brand of an older company that is now defunct.

I can't speak to whether it is any good, as depending on the page I visit it gets reviews ranging from terrible to spectacular. With that said though, if it does work as advertised it should be a solution that requires no wires to be run to the dash for charging or viewing, and which has a mobile app (instead of a dash screen you would have to mount somewhere).
