FordPass Activation

I have been unable to activate my bronco sport with FordPass. Ford Customer service and the dealership have not been able to figure it out. yet. I've had the truck for about two weeks now and have tried most things multiple times. Any ideas?

I don't have any ideas for you. My dealership had my account up and running before I even left the dealership. Are there any other dealers close by? Cheers!

I had a similar problem. Took a couple of days. I removed the phone, factory reset the head unit and made sure I had a good internet connection. Eventually, it worked. On a side note, my previous vehicle was still listed even though it was on the other side of the state. I suppose I could have remotely started it as a prank but I didn't. I just deleted it.
