Ford Pass Points given to someone else

I called Ford to find out when I would be getting the Ford Pass points. They said it went to another account with a person I never heard of.

I hope nothing fishy is going on at the dealership. Ford said they will transfer the points from the other account to mine in 3 days.

And when I earn points it takes a month before they show.

I just finally got my points 3 days ago and I bought my BS in February of this year. I had contacted the dealer many times and nothing ever happened. I called the ford number posted on another thread recently. I could tell by the call something wasnt right but not by my fault. I received 42k points within a week of making the call. I was getting service points but never got the purchase ones.

Mine took several weeks. And be careful with your inane comments. OSCO is one of the most respected, and lovably silly, commenters on these threads that we all respect. If he said it took that amount of time for him, it took that amount of time.

To the original poster, I doubt it was nefarious in anyway. Just a simple data entry error they will easily correct.
