White or amber your choice just cut the red wire behind the black box where the white plug an black box is an connected them together them you have amber light wit turning light

I recall those same laws in Germany. I'd guess we may have them too, but doubtful the police here in the states have time to enforce them.

I would love to see pictures. I can't believe a dealership would leave the wiring looking like that.
