Hi everyone,

I’m starting to look into exterior mods for my 2026 Bronco Sport Badlands and wanted to get some feedback from those who already went down this path.

At the moment, "I’ve already decided" on the door side sill molding trims. I’m planning to go with these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CFZJYS1J/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AECM95K2ZL7TH&th=1
They seem like a good solution to protect the lower doors, especially for off-road use. (And I like them)

Where I’m still not fully convinced is with the fender flares.
I’m seeing a huge spread in prices for what looks (at least visually) like very similar products:
~$350 → EGR
~$170 → Tyger Auto
~$150 → Hyper Glory

From what I’ve been reading, all of them are basically:
- ABS / injection molded
- bolt-on style (sometimes simulated rivets)
- no-drill (in most cases)

My doubts:
Is the price difference mainly brand / fitment quality / materials, or just branding?
Are the cheaper ones (Tyger / Hyper Glory) actually worth it, or do they tend to: warp over time? not fit perfectly? loosen with use?
Has anyone installed EGR vs Tyger vs similar and can compare?

Also open to alternatives
I’m based in Argentina, but I usually ship everything to a Miami warehouse, so:
👉 I’m not limited to Amazon
If you recommend better places like: specialized off-road stores, direct brands (Rough Country, Bushwacker, etc.) or other websites I’m totally open.

Thanks in advance, really interested in hearing real-world experiences before pulling the trigger on this.

I had planned on getting those side guards, from amazon, but a better/closer reading of the product ratings showed that they are, apparently, white ABS that has been painted black, and the stick on tape that they come with is, apparently, marginal.
Rather than pay ford $350 for decent side guards I will do without... the only parking lot that I frequent is largely deserted at 6:00am on Sundays.

Enjoy!

Did you take a look at the star rating on the EGR? 20% one star rating is about the worst I've seen on Amazon. That's interesting because they are the most expensive.

I got the fenqin-y $119 units for my 2025.

I like them. But warning... the rear door one needs to be mounted about 1/2 " further back than shown in the instructions. If not, when the front door is closed and you open the back door all the way, they will rub in an unpleasant way. They can be touched up, so it is not a big deal, its just annoying.

Also get better double stick tape. One of mine started to come of (ever so slightily) after about a year.

As for the flares, I wanted them at first then let it go. Maybe wait awhile.

The item i like best is the go-rhino 36" step for the rear. It fits in my 2" tow receptacle. Yes, I had to add the hitch receiver to my OB model.

The door guards by Air Designs (the model/manufacturer Ford sells for the BS) are good quality and wont come off. They're a bit pricey but solid and they're black all the way through, which mitigates scratch visibility.

They also come with a polyurethane sealer (so make sure you have a caulk gun) which is great because you know youre not getting moisture pockets behind the guards.

I'd also recommend adhesion promoter for most of the stick on exterior mods, it really helps with the 3M tape.

It is relatively expensive for me; however, it appears to be worth the investment.
