Right its a troll. Truth fella. They dont want to fix their issues. Sry you melted snowflake . Yeah 1 post to tell the truth and help others who have same issue. Trust me here, not going to be posting here much more. But as long as others see it and make their dealership take ownership of converter issues is worth my time. And its an industry known fact, FORD has the highest recall/repair rates. Try researching it before you post your trash🤷
So is it Fords fault they're getting bad parts that need replaced or the companies they're getting these bad parts from?

2022 escape
my work vehicle is a 2022 escape ecoboost. Exhaust odor started out weak inside the cabin. Developed into a very prominent odor when idling and slowing to a stop through the vents. Our dept mechanic noticed it, the ford tech noticed it. Thought maybee the y clamp but no. Its a cracked converter! 40k miles under warranty. So i would tell ford they have an issue to look at. Part on backorder until feb 2025! That says a more significant problem with converters just like the explorer problems that took months to get the new converters for. Fords are just junk. Highest recall/repair rate in the auto indistry. Glad i dont own one!
just an update. A second escape in the fleet had a cracked converter at the welds. Only 38k on the vehicle. Points to a larger issue with ford and the parts suppliers
