The trim on the doors and in the center of dash that is colored, is it easily removable and does anyone make a
vinyl decal kit to cover/change them?

There are some carbon fiber appliques out there. I saw one person that took the whole thing apart and painted the trim pieces in Area 51. I think they posted it here, but I searched and searched for you but couldn't come up with a link. Here it is over on Facebook if you can see that group:

Can't speak to the difficulty of the work, but it was a lot of time that went into it. The dash piece for example is a "tub" that is layered between the rest of the upper dash and the cluster and controls. So you have to really break down the whole thing to get at it.
