Courtesy Ford in Portland, any experiences good or bad?

I placed my order with them on Feb 3rd and haven't exactly been thrilled with the level of communication. Anyone buy from them in the past. My biggest concern is they're going to try and hit me with dealer markup on my order. They have a BL on the lot that they have a $5495 Market/Dealer Adjustment on. I'm a little worried.

Oof. They have $3000 of markup and the rest is accessories they tossed in. The problem is you can't order a Badlands + Badlands anywhere else now if that's what you wanted. So you might have to walk or wait if they don't honor the price. I wonder if that white Badlands was someone that backed out or for a worker there and they're just looking to make money on the demand?

Northside will do straight MSRP if they can get what you want. No dealers can order some of the options though.
