There are now two easy ways to get your vehicle serviced without ever leaving your home or office. With Ford Pickup & Delivery*, your preferred Ford Dealer will pick up your vehicle, service it at the dealership and drop it back off. And with Ford Mobile Service**, have your vehicle serviced right in your driveway.

Contact your preferred dealer to schedule an appointment today or learn more about Ford's convenient service options.

*Ford Pickup & Delivery is offered by participating dealers and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. Does not include parts or repair charges. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.
** Ford Mobile Service is offered by participating dealers and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. Does not include parts or repair charges. Available at select locations. Services and mileage vary by participating dealer. See dealer for details.

I have used the Pickup/Delivery service through our dealer (@reutherfordstl) for the first oil change on our BSBL and it couldn’t have been any more convenient! I’m going to see if they will do this for my 2012 Expedition or if it’s only for vehicles purchased from the dealer.

Used it last month when I had the brake moan TSB done. It was hilarious because the tech got to hear the noise at it's absolute worst - first thing in the morning. He was like, "What the hell man! That's horrible!"

I did the mobile service a couple weeks ago for an oil change/rotation and it was spot on. $70 and they came to my house took care of it while I worked and that was that.

I didn't even have to put pants on. I did, but I didn't have to. ;)

The "Like" was for the pants part...

Forgive me for sounding dumb but how exactly does it work? I’m scheduled for it this week but am unsure of the specifics. A guy is dropped off, than drives your car back to the dealership than back to where he picked it up?

Yes. It's much like having a rental car delivered to your house.
They will do a walkaround to look for previous body/paint damage before taking your car to the dealer. They call or text to let you know what time your car will be delivered after the work is completed..

I like the idea but can’t for the life of me trust anyone from the dealership driving my car. I already have to double check their work when I’m at the dealership waiting for the oil change.

I've used the mobile service twice for the recalls and it was a great experience for me.

Free of charge, of course, as it was for the recalls.

Had my first appointment today. Really my only option unless I take half a day off at work since they don’t do appointments Saturday or Sunday at my dealership.
honestly was smooth but I believe they ran it through a car wash with a high powered air drier cause my rear fender flares no longer sit tight to the body anymore. Not sure what else would cause that. I let them know waiting to hear back. I won’t be able to prove they sat tight and flush before the appointment so I’m hoping they are cool about it.
minus the fender flare issue it was a great experience haha.

Update: a few of the clips were misaligned/crooked. Slid them back into place and everything is all good!

I've always requested a service rep to ride along with me when I take a vehicle in for service that involves a noice or issue that requires a test drive.

This new service could eliminate me having to ask.

anyone feel free to let me know if that’s me being ridiculous. I never want to be THAT customer so I’m extremely understanding but it’s loose enough that I noticed and feel like it might pop off at 70mph speeds

Whenever I take my vehicle in for service, the service rep always performs a walk around to look for dents, scratches or something like you are referring to. If he finds something, He notes it and has me sign off.

I'd expect (or insist) that they do the same if they pick up the vehicle at my home....more potential for an issue to arise if they have to drive it to/from my home. This way, it protects both parties.

That’s where I may have screwed myself. He dropped it off while I was at work so I had to race outside and he did a walk around and took photos while I was talking with the driver he was gonna ride back with. I signed the papers and hurried and raced back inside and didn’t see the flares til I got off work. I’m assuming I’ll just be popping these off and biting the bullet on this one but hopefully they are cool

I'm with @jkeaton: check the installation clips. These work very well if correctly installed, but can easily slide off if not. The clips should slide all the way on to the edges of both the flares and the factory plastic liner. In the first photo below you can see one side of the clip is not completely bottomed. If you see a clip that looks like this you should press it all the way into position. If you can't press it on with your fingers use something hard, like a screwdriver handle. Don't pound it, just use the handle to push. If you push hard enough it will bottom out like the one in the second picture.
