Can you guys hear this?? Is it normal??

Tried taking this video but not sure if it did it justice. You can hear a slight hum and as I get out of the car after shutting the car off, you can still hear it feathering out in a slow fade. I don't recall ever hearing that before yesterday. Normal? Screwed?

My guess is the turbo? My wife had a '26 BS Badlands, I'll see what I can hear. My Toyota 4Runner's. turbo makes a funny sort of whiny noise when it spins down, but that's when I turn the engine off and before I open the door.

To me that is one of the cooling system fans whining down. 99% sure.
